BRIAN LINDNER
Owner
Brian Lindner is the proud owner of Brian Michael's Catering Company. Originating from New York City, Brian started working in a butcher shop when he was only thirteen years old. Brian Preceded to train under his brother Chef Joseph Lindner Jr,. a Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts School graduate, for fifteen years. When Brian moved to Mississippi he opened Brian Michaels Burger Co. which was a huge hit! After increasing demand, Brian decided to become a full service catering company.
DAVID WILKERSON
Director Of Operations
Chef David Wilkerson is an original member of the team. After graduating with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant management and training with chefs all across Mississippi, he rejoined the BM team in 2016. His love for food shines through, not only his dishes, but in every aspect. David's immaculate food and plate presentations are some of the best in Mississippi.
MICHAEL COOK
Executive Chef
Mike has been with BM catering since the beginning. He has years of experience in the culinary arts and is the face behind some of Brian Michaels best dishes. He strives for perfection in everything he creates.
DAVID WILKERSON SR
Pit Master
David "Pop" Wilkerson has been with the team since the opening of Brian Michaels. He is the Best Pit Mast in the Golden Triangle area and perhaps the state. He has won countless awards for his barbecue and smoked meats.
We are truly lucky to have him.
